Wonderful image of a balloon observer and what appears to be a version of the Spandau machine gun. He's all suited up and ready to go; he has a rather unusual helmet. Photo is 7.5x8.25", sepia tone, with a press agency stamp from Underwood on the reverse but press release is missing (remnants remain). Very good.
