Issue 22, large 11.5x14", 4pp, illus. Unusual color border. Unfortunately some idiot made razor blade cuts at the top (unnoticeable) and the center fold is separating. This is a very colorful issue and would look great framed as a poster where its faults would be hidden. About fair; thus the low price.
