Three Member Escort for 7-Member Graf Zeppelin Crew

Original 10x8" b&w photo of Lt. Settle (USN), F.W. Von Meister (Zeppelin Co.) and Hugh Allen (Goodyear) who accompanied the seven Graf Zeppelin crewmembers shown in the photo below (21-ZEPP-52). The party traveled by air, train and auto from Los Angeles to Lakehurst in order to lighten the payload of the Graf Zeppelin, then the crew got on board for the return to Germany.
