Emilio Carranza, center in high boots, shaking hands with the Mexican Ambassador to the U.S.  Other dignitaries are the Commandant of Bolling Field, Asst. Secretary of War for Aviation and the Asst. Sec of the Navy for  Aviation (all identified by name).  Rubber stamp date is 20 Jun 1928.  Very good; minor corner crease.
