Lengthy press release pasted to reverse talks about Yusuke Tsurumi rushing from Chicago to San Francisco by air to meet the ocean liner Siberia Maru so that he could be present for swearing-in at the Japanese Parliament. Rubber stamp date on reverse is 18 Jan 1928. Very good condition.
