Coello (in cockpit), Chief of the Bolivian Air Force and a veteran of 2000 flying hours, receiving some training from Lt. Col. Charles B. Harvin, Director of Flying at Randolph Field, the "West Point of the Air".  Release is dated 9 June 1942.  Very good condition.
