Small 4x6.5", 24pp booklet provided free by Aviation Equipment Military Sales Co., Philadelphia.  Printed inside with spaces to log various information about your flights.  Penciled inside front cover is info about two flights in 1928 followed by 5 entries listed as "Test Hop", "Instruction" and "Buzzing", all in 1928.  Very good.
