N.A.C.A. Letter on the Blackburn "Swift" Torpedo Bomber - 1923

Two-page typed letter from the Paris Office to Hq NACA, Washington, D.C. on letterhead. Seems to be a file copy of an "intelligence gathering" letter reporting on the Swift's carrier landing gear, emergency flotation equipment and torpedo characteristics from an aviation exhibit in Gothenburg. About good; small chips and edge bumps.
