Incident Report, Mat & Gear Failure - 1961

Original 8x10 b&w photo from a US Navy Incident Report. Photo has text taped to the bottom front and an ink arrow noting the location of mat damage. Reverse carries a large USN rubber stampwith details filled in with ink. Stamped date is Feb 22, 1961. Unit was Airshipron Three, Lakehurst and blimp was ZPG- 2, Bu # 14156-2. Very good, 2-hole punched at the top for the incident report folder.
