Original vintage 8 x 10" b&w press photo, International News Reel rubber stamp on back and remnant of a press release (missing).  Chief Cataloger and Researcher Dave Mason thinks the scene is either: "SNAE (Society Nord Africaias des Eau) or  Service de la navigation aerienne (early attempt at an airline)".  Under magnification the sign on the building next to the two men lists distances to Chantilly and Versailles.  Very good; top and bottom margin wrinkles.
