Doolittle's forced landing of a Fokker D-7 due to sudden engine failure 30 miles east of Cincinnati on August 18, 1923. Crankshaft of a Packard 8 failed and connecting rod punched through crankcase. Aircraft a total loss, no injuries. An early example of Jimmy Doolittle's outstanding pilot skills. Very good condition.
