Cuban Air Force Curtiss Hawk....."  Povey was a famous aviation personality who was a barnstormer, air show performer, air racer and organizer and head of the Cuban Air Force.  He is known as the inventor of the Cuban Eight maneuver.  Very good; two small corner chips
