Small 3.5x6.5" envelope with "VIA AIR MAIL" rubber stamp upper left around which the pilot has signed: " Norman N. Wise/Air Mail Pilot/CAM 30". Wise is reported in anewspaper of 2/3/1930 as being a new air mail pilot reporting to Interstate Airline. Very good; unused.
