The Airspeed "Courier" Commercial Airplane (British), A Low-Wing Cantilever Monoplane. National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, Washington, 1933. 9pp, illus with drawings and photos, 8.5x11", blue paper cover, stapled. Very good. The Courier was the first British airplane with retractable landing gear. It was designed to fly from England to Australia and, in fact, placed fourth in the handicap event in the 1934 MacRobertson International Air Race.
