Sammt is a famous airship personality: Helmsman (1919) on the LZ-120, Elevator Helmsman (1924) on the LZ-126 "Los Angeles", 1st Officer (1937) on the LZ-129 Hindenburg and Commander (1939) on the LZ-130.
